Dinner at the AngelicCat BistroAs innkeepers who have played host to many newlyweds, anniversaries and other romantic events we are always on the lookout for romantic places to recommend to our guests. The AngelicCat Bistro is one such place. The restaurant is chef owned and operated so the food is always the best quality. There a several standard entrees like Pulled Pork or Pecan Crusted Trout that are always fabulous and then the menu is augmented by several nightly specials that always emphasize what is currently fresh in the region. The setting is romantic as the lights are turned low with tables well lit by candle-light. The AngelicCat has an extensive wine list but serves no mixed drinks. On Saturday nights they often have an acoustic band playing low which lends to the romance. Deserts are large in portion so they are great for sharing with the person who shares your heart. ...
